More about me

Howdy, I'm Nathan Brownell - President and Founder of SEED, The Society of Engineering Education and Development.

I'm a driven and adaptable professional with hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and technical sales. Whether managing cold outreach, supporting warehouse and CRM systems at Willbanks Inc., or coaching engineering students in advanced mock-sales environments, I thrive in fast-paced settings where leadership, communication, and initiative make a difference. At Texas A&M, I’ve led company recruitment and strategic sales efforts for the TIES Sales Showdown while mentoring future sales engineers through lab-based coaching and cross-functional collaboration. More recently, I’ve expanded my efforts into SEED, an organization designed to provided these applied learning opportunities to students here at Texas A&M University.

I quickly grasp complex concepts, deliver high-quality work, and consistently demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. I approach every task with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. "Exceeds all expectations." — A former boss.

My long-term goal starts with building a strong foundation during my early years in industry by consistently delivering results, taking initiative, and growing through hands-on experience. I aim to develop into a strategic leader—someone trusted to drive both team performance and organizational innovation. Ultimately, I want to reach a position where I can influence meaningful change, solve complex challenges, and leave a lasting, positive impact on the world through the work I lead and the people I empower.
